Cancellations Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Riva 6 team; it is reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

• If you cancel your appointment less then 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount

• Anyone who forgets or continuously choose to forget their appointments will be charged the full amount of their service

• If you are more than 15mins late to your appointment you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you
